Q.Will I be able to access the internet in my suite?
A.Free Wi-Fi internet access is available at all guest rooms, restaurants and lobby lounge.
Q.May I smoke in my suite?
A.No – all suites are non-smoking.
Please use The Cigar Bar and other designated smoking area.
Q.What are the check-in and check-out times?
A.Check-in is 3 p.m., check-out is 11 a.m.
Q.Is it possible to have late check-out?
A.Yes. There will be a 30% room charge for late check-out up to 2 p.m., 50% for up to 5 p.m., and 100% after 5 p.m.
Q.Can I check-in early?
A.If you would like to check-in before 3 p.m. there will be a full day’s room charge as this would be considered a booking from the previous day.
Q.Do you have an infant charge?
A.There is an adult charge for a child over 7-yrs old. There is an adult charge for a child under 6-yrs of age using his/her own individual bed/futon separate from a parent/guardian.
Q.Will there be a charge for a child sharing a bed with an adult?
A.When a child sleeps with an adult there is no charge. However, only one child per adult and maximum of two children per suite.
Q.Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
A.Yes. However, as not all hotel facilities are wheelchair accessible, please do not hesitate to ask the hotel staff for any assistance. Wheelchair accessible restroom is located on the first floor of the West Tower.
Q.Is there a mini-bar in the suite?
A.No there is not. There is a beverage delivery service and there are vending machines.
Q.What kind of kitchen utensils are there in the suite?
A.We have the followings in each suite.
Microwave oven, Microwave Dish, Rice Cooker, Pop up Toaster, Coffee Plunger, Frying Pan, Sauce Pan, Cutting Board, Knife set, Vegetable Peeler, Egg Flip, Ladle, Tongs, Can Opener, Corkscrew (One for each suite)
Dinner Plates, Cereal Bowls, Cutlery (Knives, Forks, Dessert Spoons, Tea Spoons), Chopstick Pairs, Coffee Mugs (Four for each suite) The hotel can arrange the additional number.
Q.Are pets allowed in the suites?
A.Unfortunately no animals are allowed in the hotel. Guide dogs and other service animals are welcome.
Q.What television channels are available in the suite?
A.Terrestrial digital broadcast, BS digital broadcast, CNN, CCTV, KBS World, Discovery
Channel, Kids Station (animation), MTV, Golf Network, and a movie channel.
Q.Do you have a house keeping service?
A.Since the hotel is eco-friendly, a daily housekeeping service is provided as “Eco Cleaning” – Refreshing towels, collecting garbage, replenishing room amenities and remaking your bed.
Q.How do I get to the hotel from New Chitose Airport?
A.By car it is a 2hr. journey on Route 276 via Lake Shikotsu and Bifue Pass as far as Kimobetsu, then Route 66 via Makkari to the hotel. It is recommended in winter to take the highway since Bifue Pass may be closed.
Alternatively, take the Hokkaido Expressway (Do-oh Jidosha Highway) via Sapporo and after entering Sasson Expressway, get off at Otaru IC. Pass through Yoichi, Kyowa-cho and Kucchan-cho on Route 5 and take Route 66 to the hotel. Takes about 3hrs. 30min.

By train it takes 1hr. 15min. from New Chitose Airport to Otaru using the Airport Rapid Express (¥1,740 as of December 2012). From Otaru to Niseko Station take the Hakodate line (¥1,410 as of December 2012), which takes about 2hrs.
Q.How do I get to the hotel from Sapporo?
A.By car it is about 2hrs on Route 230 via Jozankei and Nakayama Pass and then Route 66 via Makkari to the hotel.
In winter it is recommended to take the highway since Nakayama Pass may be closed.
For the highway route, please see the above “access from New Chitose Airport”.
By train about 40 min from Sapporo to Otaru using the Airport Rapid Express or Ishikari Liner (¥620 as of December 2012).
Then it is about 2hrs from Otaru to Niseko station on the Hakodate-hon line (¥1,410 as of December 2012).

Q.Is there a dress code?
A.No. However, wearing of hotel room-ware provided in the suites is not allowed in the restaurant during dinnertime.
Q.Is it okay to smoke in the restaurant?
A.No. Please use ONE Bar.
Q.Can children enter ONE Bar?
A.ONE Bar is restricted to those over 20 years of age. For dining/drinking please use Restaurant Tura or the Gallery Café if you are accompanied by a child.
Q.Is Restaurant Tura open during lunchtime?
A.No. But light meals are available in the Gallery Cafe.
Q.Can I make a reservation for Restaurant Tura and The Cigar Bar?
A.Yes – it is recommended so as to avoid disappointment.

A.No, just hot water.
