Located on the top floor of the West Tower, Tura is the place to go for delicious food and a fine view of the surrounding countryside.

Here you can enjoy seasonal foods under the theme of “Contest Between Mountain, River and Sea”. In particular, fresh vegetables from local markets along with seafood from Iwanai and other nearby seaports are carefully prepared so as to harmonize the individual taste, aroma and texture. Every night there’s a chef’s “ingredients contest” to discover a new culinary expression for your pleasure.

Chef’s Profile

Tomio Sasao
Chef at Restaurant Isshin in Aoyama, Tokyo, 1982 – 2001 prior to opening his own Restaurant Sasao. Subsequently worked in management and operations for a variety of restaurants.
His theme of “a refreshing, lingering dining experience” based on the optimum combination of cooking technique and getting the most out of ingredients has proved highly popular.
When you dine at Restaurant Tura you can look forward to a meal featuring a fine blending of ingredients from Hokkaido.
