Tura

Located on the top floor of the West Tower, Tura is the place to go for delicious food and a fine view of the surrounding countryside.

Here you can enjoy seasonal foods under the theme of “Contest Between Mountain, River and Sea”. In particular, fresh vegetables from local markets along with seafood from Iwanai and other nearby seaports are carefully prepared so as to harmonize the individual taste, aroma and texture. Every night there’s a chef’s “ingredients contest” to discover a new culinary expression for your pleasure.

Chef’s Profile
Kazuhiro Kimura
Born in Hokkaido

After developing a strong background in Italian & French cuisine in Japan, he moved to Italy by himself and worked for a number of years in a leading restaurant named “Osteria Gia Sotto L’Arco” in Apulia which has a one star of the Michelin Guide.
From his return to Japan in 2006, he worked as a chef in an Italian restaurant in Sapporo.
In April 2019, he assumed a post as the executive chef at ONE NISEKO RESORT TOWERS.
