Child Fare: Children aged 3 to 12 are eligible for the child’s fare.

Child Seat: Common Taxicab Operators are exempted from child seat requirements. When requested, it can
be provided at a cost of 1,000 yen per seat.

Transfer Time: To take a bus departing from the airport, you are highly recommended to take a bus 40 mins
after your domestic flight’s ETA or 60 mins after your international flight’s ETA.
To take a bus arriving at the airport, you are highly recommended to take a bus 60 mins
before your domestic flight’s ETD or 80 mins before your international flight’s ETD.

Please check the details when you book. If you put the wrong information (date, number or time of flight, pick-up or drop-off place etc.) and the payment has been made, we will arrange by the wrong information. NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE.
If our staffs and the driver were trying their best to look for you but you did not show up, NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE.
To make payment as early as possible is recommended. Because it takes time, sometimes several days to confirm the payment. And we will start to arrange your transfer after we confirm your payment.
It is unnecessary to print anything for your booking. Please go to the meeting place and mention your name or the booking ID which is shown on our confirmation e-mail.
Please come to the meeting place 10 minutes before the departure time.
We would NOT be able to refund for your ticket once you would cancel by any your personal reason.
If your flight is delayed, we would NOT be able to refund for your ticket.
The bus may be delayed or canceled due to weather and traffic conditions. In the case, we would NOT be able to refund for the ticket.
If there is no reservation, the shuttle will be suspended.
