Meeting Packages

Meetings and events in Hokkaido, where you can have great outdoor experience.

We have prepared a great deal that includes accommodation and meeting fees.
The basic fee is simple and includes only breakfast so that we can flexibly accommodate your travel and meeting schedule.
We can provide dinner and lunch as options upon request.
We can also handle after-meetings and transportation arrangements, which will be worry-free for organizers.
One Niseko Resort Towers will help you with all of this, including transportation to and from Sapporo City and New Chitose Airport, as well as activities such as golf and rafting, which are ideal for team building.

What is included

Meeting fees at restaurant “Tura” (usage time is 10:00-17:00, maximum 7 hours/day)
Coffee, tea, and water at the venue (self-service)
Breakfast at restaurant “Tura”
Use of hot springs
Transportation between Niseko Station and hotel
Transportation to and from Kutchan Station is also available for groups of 10 or more.
We also provide transportation to nearby facilities. Please contact us.

*Please note

A hot spring tax of 150 yen per person per night will be charged separately.
Venue fees for breakout sessions are not included.
The conference venue can be rented exclusively, but the dinner venue cannot be rented exclusively.
Please contact us separately if you require this service.
Room cleaning for consecutive nights is only provided once a week for stays of 7 nights or more.

1 person: from 12,000 yen
2 people: from 10,000 yen
3 people: from 8,500 yen
4 people: from 7,500 yen
5 people: from 6,500 yen

10 rooms or 20 people or 20 rooms or up to 40 people
Sundays and weekdays from April 25, 2025 to November 30, 2025.
Some dates are excluded, such as closed days, days before holidays, and Obon period, but can be discussed for an additional fee.

East Tower rooms are available for an additional fee.
